Recipe: Two Corn Casserole (using cracker crumbs)

Two Corn Casserole (using cracker crumbs)

1 (No. 2) can cream style corn
1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
1 small can pimento, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 cup rolled cracker crumbs
1 cup grated American cheese
Salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
2/3 cup milk

Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
