Recipe(tried): Spinach, Sausage, and Cheese Bake

Main Dishes - Casseroles
This is a great family favourite, even my fussy 4 year old loves this one.

SPINACH,SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BAKE
1 pound of italian sausage
1 (8 ounce)can of tomato puree
2 packets of frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
2 cups of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten
2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

*brown sausage in a skillet, drain fat from skillet and stir in tomato puree, set sausage and tomato mix to one side
*pre heat oven to 175 degrees celcius
*in a large bowl combine spinach,cottage cheese,parmesan,and egg. mix well
*Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, spoon sausage mixture over the top of the spinach mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
*bake for 40 mins
