Recipe(tried): Hot Parmesan Snacks

HOT PARMESAN SNACKS

1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tablespoon dry sherry.

Combine all ingredients, spread thickly on crackers. Sprinkle lightly with more Parmesan cheese. Brown under broiler.

Makes about 24.
