Recipe: Ham and Cheese Americana

Appetizers and Snacks
HAM AND CHEESE AMERICANA

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
24 slices cold boiled ham
6 slices American cheese, each cut into 4 lengthwise strips
24 stuffed olives

Combine dairy sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Lay ham slice fat. Spread with some of the sour cream mixture. Lay strip of American cheese on one end of ham slice. Roll jelly roll fashion. Fasten with toothpick topped with olive.

Makes 24 rolls.
