Saute a small head of cauliflower, broken into florets, in extra virgin olive oil. Add 1 chopped anchovy fillet, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/4 cup of soaked golden raisins, and 1 tablespoon of toasted pignoli. Serve over hot freshly cooked orechiette and garnish with chopped parsley
