Recipe(tried): ORANGES and STRAWBERRIES in CARAMEL sauce

here you are Julie,
ORANGES and STRAWBERRIES in CARAMEL sauce
4 oranges,peeled,pith removed and sliced thinly
2 cups s/berries sliced
2-3 Tbls orange liquer
SAUCE
200g sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cream of tarter

Arrange fruit in overlappiny layers in a nice flat dish.Pour over liquer and chill.
Sauce:
Just before serving,bring ingredients to boil,stirring til sugar dissolves,boil watching carefully,it gets very hot!!!!!!!!til syrup becomes golden.Pour syrup over chilled fruit and serve straight away.
