Recipe: Everyday Easy Rice Dinners (with mix-and-match chart)

Main Dishes - Rice, Grains, Pasta
EVERYDAY EASY RICE DINNERS

Sauce and seasoning choice (below)
2 cups uncooked white Minute Rice
Vegetable choice (below)
Meat choice (below)
Shake'N Bake

Mix selected sauce and seasoning in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add uncooked Minute Rice and a couple handfuls of selected veggies.

Coat selected meat (1 piece per person should do it) with your favorite variety of Shake'N Bake and place on top of rice.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until meat is completely cooked.

MEAT CHOICES:
Boneless chicken breasts
Turkey cutlets
Boneless pork chops
Boneless veal chops

SAUCE AND SEASONING CHOICES:
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
and 2 equal cans of milk
Dash of thyme
OR
1 (19 oz) can stewed tomatoes
and equal amount of water
OR
1 (14 oz) can pineapple tidbits
and 2 equal cans of water;
Dash of ground ginger
OR
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of tomato soup
and 2 equal cans of water;
Dash of mixed herbs

VEGETABLE CHOICES:
Frozen broccoli
Spinach and mushrooms
Frozen peas
Frozen mixed veggies
