Recipe: 1-2-3-4-5 Irish Soda Oat Bread (4 ingredients, using club soda)
Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads1-2-3-4-5 IRISH SODA OAT BREAD
12 ounces club soda
1/2 cup molasses*
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup oats
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour batter into an ungreased nonstick loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
*You may substitute corn syrup or sorghum.
Makes 1 loaf
