15 MINUTE BBQ CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER
2 tablespoons oil
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups water
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup frozen or canned corn, drained
2 cups Minute white rice, uncooked
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover and cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Add water, barbecue sauce, and corn to skillet. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
