Recipe(tried): 2-hour Turkey

Yes, I did try the 2-hour turkey recipe. It works great. Just make sure you use a proper pan. I began my turkey in the "cheaper" pan and it smoked really bad. I traded pans and the turkey came out perfect! I could not believe it was done in only 2 hours. I plan to use the recipe again this year. I really helps freeing up the oven for other dishes.
