Recipe: 3-Tiered Jello Salad w/fruit cocktail, cream cheese, hot cocktail juice, etc.
Salads - Fruit, Gelatin3 - TIERED JELLO
1. 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
(Save juice for lemon mixture)
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot cocktail juice drained from fruit cocktail
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
(Save for lemon mixture)
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1. Mix strawberry Jello as directed on package, adding fruit cocktail. Pour into 10 x 13 inch pan, first section, let set in refrigerator.
2. Beat cream cheese in small bowl with mixer adding dry lemon Jello. Mix hot cocktail juice slowly into lemon Jello mix. Pour over strawberry Jello slowly. Refrigerate until set.
3. Mix lime Jello as directed on package adding fruit cocktail. Pour over lemon Jello mixture.
Make sure each layer is set before making next layer (colorful at Christmas).
