Recipe(tried): Baked Crunchy Potatoes with Garlic and Herbs

Side Dishes - Potatoes
BAKED CRUNCHY POTATOES

4 to 6 washed unpeeled potatoes, cut in 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes*
A few drops olive oil or sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried cilantro (or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Toss potatoes with the oil; set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients together in medium plastic container (with lid) or in a plastic bag. Add potatoes, and shake.

Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes, turning potatoes over at halfway point.

*I used new potatoes.
