Recipe: 6 Sandwich Fillings (Hellmann's, 1979)

6 SANDWICH FILLINGS

HAM SANDWICH FILLING:
1 can (6 3/4 oz) smoked chunked ham, drained and flaked
1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Stir all ingredients together. Cover; chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups

EGG SANDWICH FILLING:
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
Stir all ingredients together. Cover; chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups

TUNA SANDWICH FILLING:
1 (7 oz) tuna, can drained and finely flaked
1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Stir all ingredients together. Cover; chill. Makes 1 cup

SALMON SANDWICH FILLING:
1 (7 3/4 oz) can salmon, drained and finely flaked
1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced celery
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Stir all ingredients together. Cover; chill. Makes 1 cup

CHICKEN SANDWICH FILLING:
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced celery
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
Stir all ingredients together. Cover; chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups

GINGER-ORANGE SANDWICH FILLING:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons grated orange rind
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Beat ingredients together until fluffy. Cover; chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups
