7 LAYER SALAD
This is my all time favorite. It is easy and it always gets raves. Excellent for potlucks.
Layer in large salad bowl in the following order:
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 bunch cauliflower florets
1 (14 ounce) package frozen green peas
1 pound bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Shredded cheddar cheese (about 1 cup or more)
Top this with:
1 (30 ounce) jar Hellmann's mayonnaise (spread to edges)
1 package DRY Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (sprinkle over top)
Cover and chill for 24 hours.
