Hi have not done this for a long time but used it A LOT so i KNOW that it is good ...

9inch pie crust

1.5 cups flour
2 teas (i used more) sugar
1/2 teas salt
2 TLBS milk
1/2 cup oil

mix dry ing. together in the pie plate. Beat milk and oil together. I used a liquid 2 cup measure to measure the oil and beat together in there less to wash later! Fork stir liquid to pie plate. finish mix with hands and pat in place in pie plate use as reg umbaked curst ...

this was a favorite for Salmon Quiche!
