Hi JW,
If you can get a copy the December 1994 Bon Appetit issue, "A Victorian Christmas" you will find more than recipies. There are articles on Sherry, Nutmeg, Victorian Open Houses around the country, and nine historic inns are featured with their recipes. Inother words, Way too much for me to retype. I will list some of the featured menus for you:
NOTE-- All starred (*) recipies are included in the magazine.
