Recipe(tried): American Chop Suey and Kathleen's Peach Pie - Thank You June, Dinner Was Delish!

Menus
Dear June,

Thank you for sharing the American Chop Suey recipe. As I was making it tonight, my DH walked in from work and asked what we were having. I answered, "Chop Suey" and he replied, "Wow, I haven't had that since I was a kid back in Keene"!

It came out really, really good. I followed your instructions and just added a small can of mushrooms. Boy, it was good! There is enough left over for the next 2 days. We enjoyed it with Wonder Bread slices and soft butter.

I also made Debbie D's Kathleen's Peach Pie and served it with vanilla ice cream. Yum, that was really good!!

So, many thanks for sharing! We enjoyed it very much!!

Your Friend, Gina
