Karen, I don't really have a recipe for you but an idea. I have another recipe using small pumpkins. I would think you could prepare the pumpkins the same way to use for your soup. It says to preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut 1/4" off top of pumpkins. Scoop out seeds and stings. Place pumpkins, cut side down, on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 20-25 min. or until they can be easily pierced with a fork.
