SALSA CHICKEN
You can modify this recipe to fit your own liking.
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
1 (10 to 12 oz) jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup orange juice
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Place all ingredients in crock pot.
Cover, set to High and cook for about 3 hours or until the chicken is done.
Serve over a hot bed of rice.
