Recipe: Another Persimmon Cookie

This is a little different from the cookie already posted.

PERSIMMON COOKIE

3/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
1 c strained persimmon pulp
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c coconut
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

cream sugar & butter together. add eggs and persimmon pulp. mix well. add walnuts, coconut, lemon extract, cinnamon and allspice. sit together flour, soda and baking powder. add to mixture. drop by teaspoonfuls on greased and floured cookie sheet. bake 350 for 15 to 20 min, until medium brown.
