Recipe: Appetizer Baskets (using refrigerated biscuit dough) (Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 1980's)

1 (7.5-oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/ lb. ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/ cup (1 oz.) Kraft Grated Romano Cheese
1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves, crushed
Separate dough into ten biscuits. Separate each biscuit into two layers. Place on greased cookie sheet. Make wide depression in center of each biscuit; set aside.
Brown meat; drain.
Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls of meat mixture into center of each biscuit.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 0 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 20 appetizers
