Recipe: Applesauce Pancakes
Breakfast and Brunch Applesauce Pancakes

Yield 6 servings
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
6 Tbls. flour
pinch of salt
applesauce
confectioners' sugar
Blend eggs, milk, flour & salt together. Spoon small amount of batter onto lightly greased teflon skillet. Spread batter evenly.
Brown pancake on both sides. Roll applesauce in the middle & sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
