Recipe: Sausage Wedges (microwave)
Breakfast and Brunch Sausage Wedges (microwave)

1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese or American
2 Tbls. diced onion
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 Tbls. butter
Crumble sausage in a 9 " glass pie plate.
Cover with a paper towel & microwave for 3-4 minutes on HIGH. Drain off fat, sprinkle cheese over sausage & stir in onion.
In a medium bowl, combine milk & eggs; add parsley & butter. Pour over sausage, cover with plastic wrap & microwave 4 minutes on HIGH.
Stir, cover & microwave for 6-8 minutes on MEDIUM (50 percent). Let stand, covered 5 minutes.
