Recipe: Aunt Mary's Hot Peppers (for Kathy)

Aunt Mary's Hot Peppers

Yield: 6 Servings

1 lb hot peppers, (long fryers)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small can Italian plum tomatoes
Salt

Remove stem and seeds from peppers. -(CAUTION)- WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND/OR WASH HANDS AFTER. Saute peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 minutes. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add to fry pan. Saute for another 20 minutes. Season with salt.
