Recipe(tried): Johnny and Kay's Italian Salad Dressing

Salads - Salad Dressings
My family were very close friends of Johnny and Kay and they were kind enough (after they retired) to give the recipe for their famous dressing to my Mom.
It is as follows:

JOHNNY AND KAY'S ITALIAN DRESSING

1 pint real mayonnaise
1/4 bottle French salad dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
3 to 4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tube anchovy paste

Blend ingredients together well.

You can use this immediately.

I'm sure you will find this "exactly" as it was served at the restaurant with the melba toast pieces thrown in instead of the typical croutons used today.
I make this all the time and I don't care how fattening it is as it is so DELICIOUS!! Brings back a flood of memories!
