Recipe: Baby Reubens (on rye crackers)

1/4 pound thinly sliced Real California Swiss cheese
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli-style corned beef
Thin rye crackers, broken into 2-inch pieces
Thousand Island dressing
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Cut slices of Swiss cheese and corned beef to fit the crackers. Lay crackers on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of corned beef, 1/4 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing and a slice of Swiss cheese.
Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
Makes 15-20 appetizer-size servings
