Recipe: Helms Bakery Recipes (re: applesauce cake request)

People have been searching for Helms Bakery recipes for ages. There are very few recipes available on the internet (even copykat or taste-like recipes.) I found a mention of someone looking for the same recipe on another site in 2016 with no luck. I searched again with no luck.

The only recipes available are:
Helms Bakery Brownies
Helms Bakery Blondies
Helms Bakery Cream Puffs
Helms Bakery Pastry Cream and Chocolate Ganache
Helms Bakery Spice Cookies
