Recipe(tried): Bacon Wrapped Bananas/Chicken Nibbles

Misc.

Hi Carol
We're just entering winter here in NZ but here are a couple of my all time
and easy favourites for summer bbq's:

BACON WRAPPED BANANAS
Slice each banana into four portions. Wrap pieces of
bacon around each piece of banana and secure with
a wooden toothpick. Cook about 5 -7 minutes each.
These are delicious.

CHICKEN NIBBLES
2 lbs chicken pieces (I usually use wings cut in two)
6 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp chilli oil
4 cloves garlic crushed

Mix together the last 4 ingredients, add the chicken to the mixture, marinate
in the fridge for a few hours then barbecue.
This is a good pre-dinner nibble when you have several guests.
