Recipe: Bella Napoli (Italian-Style Nachos)

Misc.

What you had was called Bella Napoli. Basically Nacho os but with an Italian
Twist.
Use fried pasta chips instead of corn chips. Some of the board posts suggest
using wonton wrappers and frying them for the chips. They might work best as
they would be thin enough. If you ever had fried wontons, they are similar in
taste, or fried ravioli.
After plate of chips, add your sausage, black olives, banana peppers, onion,
and mozzerella cheese. I would guess you have to bake similar to nacho chips,
meaning very hot oven very quickly. 400 degrees or so 5 - 10 minutes. Watch
carefully. Hope this helps.
