Recipe: Baked Beans with Sausage and Apricots

Hello Anne,

Here's a recipe for you. I'm sorry it isn't complete on the apricot info but maybe having had the dish you can work it out.

Baked Beans with Sausage and Apricots

1 1/2 lbs. sausage, browned
3 lb. can pork and beans
1 can apricots (size or whether to drain not noted)
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves 12
