Recipe: Baked Brie with Cranberries and Pistachios

Baked Brie with Cranberries and Pistachios

1 (7-8 oz) round Brie....placed on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 360 degrees about 10min or until ssoft to touch

2 TBL butter
1 medium onion, thinely sliced, ccut into fourths
1TBL brown sugar
1 TBL spoon balsamic vinegar

cook onions in butter until transclent, add brown sugar and vinegar, cook until carmelized

Top baked Brie with onions and:

1/2 cup or more dried cranberries
1/2 or more of chopped pistachio nuts

Serve with crackers (sesame or other favorite)
