I think this is not exactly the recipe you are looking for, but it can give you an idea in how to cook it with your ingredients. There are also several recipes from chicken prepared in Aldo's Caffe but the ingredients are different.
BAKED CHICKEN WITH OLIVE OIL AND FRESH LEMON
2 chicken breasts, halved
2 tbsp. safflower oil
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Remove skin from chicken breasts; debone. Combine safflower oil, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and tarragon; pour over chicken. Marinate 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Baste frequently during baking.
