Cake Mix Banana Bread
1 (2-layer-siz) yellow cake mix
1/8 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup water
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup mashed bananas
chopped nuts, if desired
Add baking soda to dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed. Place in 2 greased loaf pans. Do not fill more than half full.
Bake at 350 degrees F until tests done in center (around 45 minutes, depends on pan size.)
