Recipe(tried): Banana Cake - Banana Bread in the microwave is GOOD!

Susan originally posted this recipe. Let me just say I was MORE than leery about making it in the microwave but I had sooo many overripe bananas that I just couldn't throw out. I have made it twice (so far - I'm sure many more batches are coming.)

Here is the recipe in case anyone is interested. Thank you again Susan for posting.
