Recipe(tried): Banana Mallow Pie

BANANA MALLOW PIE

FOR THE CRUST:
2 cups shredded coconut
1/3 cup margarine
FOR THE FILLING:
1 (3 1/4 ounce) package vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
1 3/4 cups cold milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 bananas

TO PREPARE THE CRUST:
Combine coconut and margarine in skillet; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until toasted and golden. Pour into 9-inch pie pan to form crust. Chill.

TO PREPARE THE FILLING:
Combine the pudding mix and milk and cook following directions on pudding package. Refrigerate until cool.

Stir the marshmallows into the chilled pudding. Whip cream and fold into the cooled pudding and marshmallows.

Take crust from refrigerator; slice bananas onto bottom of crust. Pour filling over bananas. Chill 3 hours before serving.
