Recipe: Crustless Pumpkin Pie (Weight Watchers)

CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1 (15 ounces) can pumpkin puree (not sweetened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Beat eggs and mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.

Pour into a glass pie pan and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 50 minutes or until set in the middle.

Makes 8 servings
