Recipe(tried): Banana Split Cake

This is always a favorite at reunions! Easy and quick to make and OH so good!!!
BANANA SPLIT CAKE

2 c. Graham Cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

MIX all of these together and press into 13x9" pan.

2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs (pasteurized egg product to equal 2 eggs)
2 sticks butter, softened

BEAT together with mixer for 15 minutes. Pour over crust.

2 or 3 sliced bananas
3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Cool Whip (whipped topping)

COVER with bananas. Cover bananas with pineapple. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Garnish with cherries, if desired. Refrigerate.
