ISO: recipes using graham crackers

Misc.
We had a weinie roast last weekend for about 50 11-year-olds. Had a
great time--lots of hot dogs and s'mores. Unfortunately, we have about
four boxes of graham crackers left over. If we still had chocolate
bars I would just overdose on s'mores. But, alas, only four boxes of
graham crackers and a few marshmallows remain. Any suggestions for
using the four boxes of graham crackers?
