BARBECUED MEATLOAF
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 cup Kraft Barbecue Sauce, divided use
1 1/2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
Dash of pepper
Combine all ingredients except 1/3 cup of the barbecue sauce. Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking dish.
Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F, for 1 hour. Spread with remaining sauce and return to the oven for 15 minutes or until done.
