Recipe(tried): Bean Chalupa

Misc.
This is a recipe that I've used for years. Although Indian Fry Bread isn't called for the mixture could be eaten on it. Try it-you'll love it!

Bean Chalupa
1 lb. pinto beans, picked over & rinsed
3 lb. pork roast
7 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. chicken soup base (or granulated chicken bouillon)
2 T. chili powder
1 T ground cumin
