Recipe: Beef Stroganoff (crockpot)

BEEF STROGANOFF

One of our favorite crock recipes is Beef Stroganoff.

2 lbs of steak cut to 1/2 cubes
1 small onion
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 (14 1/2 oz) can of diced tomatoes or 1 big can tomato juice
1 cup of sour cream

Place steak and onion in crock pot. Stir in flour and coat steak and onion. Add the remaining ingredients, minus the sour cream. Stir well.

Cover and cook. Add sour cream 30 minutes before you are ready to serve, stir in thoroughly.

Serve over egg noodles.
