BISQUICK QUICK TACO BAKE
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (1.25 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
TO SERVE:
sour cream, chopped tomato, and shredded lettuce (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown ground beef and onion, drain.
Spoon beef into ungreased 13x9 dish. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir Bisquick, milk, and eggs together until blended. Pour over beef mixture.
Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato, and shredded lettuce if desired.
Servings: 8-10
