Recipe: Black Bean Soup (like Panera Bread)

Good Afternoon:
I just happen to have that recipe. I have not made this version however.
COMES NOW:
Black Bean Soup
Source: najwa
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
1/4 of a red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 small chicken boullon cubes
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 cans black beans, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 TBSP cornstarch
Combine the first 6 ingreduients in a saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add half a can of beans, salt, and cumin; cook for 5 minutes.
Puree soup (use a immersion blender right in the sauce pan or any other method you have.)
Add the rest of the beans to the pan.
Combine the cornstarch with 1 1/2 Tbsp of water.
Add the lemon and the cornstarch solution to the soup stirring soup till thickened.
