Recipe(tried): Brandied Apples

Dear Lynn, i didn't quite understand your request...do you want the recipe for brandied apples only or a whole recipe for the roast also so i am sending you the brandied apple one. now should you want to taste the best pork roast recipe that i ever came across.....go to the message that i posted on 10/25 for an Apple Dijon Onion Pork Roast recipe.

In the meantime here is how to make brandied apples. they can go in the same pot with the roast.

Take x amount of green apples and core them. be sure not to cut through the bottom of the apple.

Now fill each core with brown sugar, moistened with rum or brandy and top with a pat of butter. after 1 hour of cooking time, remove the pot from oven and place the apples around the roast. cook for 1 hour.

Seriously....i can't say enough about the recipe that i posted...please do try it.

Now if you want a recipe for pork roast that has the brandied apples included...let me know and i'll post it.
