Recipe(tried): Brazo Gitano (using cake mix) - Another Recipe for Elma

Desserts - Cakes
Brazo Gitano

1 yellow cake mix prepared according to package instructions
powdered sugar
Guava Mermelade

Prepare a yellow cake mix according to instructions. Pour the mixture over a rectangular shallow baking dish previously greased. Bake at 350 F for the time instructed in the cake mix package or until a knife comes out dry when inserting it into the cake. Once it is cooked, put it over a wax paper, brush it with sufficient guava mermelade and roll it over. Cover it with the remaining guava marmalade & sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

This is the way that I had done it as an easy dessert in my home. You can also use guava oasta that had been heated & dissolved in a saucepan, for filling the Brazo Gitano & covering it.
