Recipe(tried): Brocolli-Cauliflower Salad

Misc.
1 24 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 head each Brocolli & Cauliflower chopped
1 small red onion chopped
optional-2 stalks celery chopped & sliced black olives

Mix all and refrigerate overnight.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for, but this is a favorite at my house. We have made it with just the broccoli and it is great.
