Recipe(tried): Bundt Cakes and Jellyroll Cakes - A few more adaptations

Desserts - Cakes
Any cake can be made into a bundt cake. If you want to use icing, simply heat it until it is just pourable and drizzle over cooled bundt cake.

Jellyroll cakes. These can also be made using most cake mixes...avoid ones with fruit or nuts. I thin the batter with a tablespoon or two of water then pour onto a waxed or parchment paper lined jellyroll pan. To roll, immediately take from oven and turn onto a dishtowel. roll up using dishtowel and cool for 15 minutes. Unroll and fill, then roll back up carefully. Chill until ready to serve for best results. As for thunb print cookies, simply add a little extra flour to make batter a little stiffer. take a spoonful and roll into a walnut sized balls. place onto greased cookie sheet and gently make a center impression. Fill with jam or your favorite filling.
