Recipe: Tossed Greens with Horseradish Dressing

Salads - Assorted
TOSSED GREENS WITH HORSERADISH DRESSING

1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. prepared spicy mustard
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
TO SERVE:
6 cups mixed tossed greens
1/2 cup toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans or pine)

In a medium sized mixing bowl, blend all ingredients except for greens and nuts, with a wire whisk until well incorporated.

Place the greens in a large salad bowl, toss with dressing, then top with toasted nuts.

Servings: 4
