Recipe(tried): Changing regular cookie dough to slice and bake cookies - A few substitutions...
Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, BarsTo make any type of drop cookie into a roll up cookie simply add a bit more flour to make a thicker dough. Refridgerate for 30 mnutes to 1 hour and then take out and roll into logs. These can now be rechilled in fridge or frozen. Once chilled, you can use them as slice and bake cookies.
NOTE: cookies with raisins and nuts tend to be a bit more difficult to get perfectly uniform in the slice and bake process.
