CAKE IN A CUP
1 any flavor cake mix
1 sponge cake mix
Mix dry ingredients very well. Place in dry sealed container or sealed bag.
When you would like a piece of cake, put 1/3 cup mix and 3 tablespoons water in a large coffee cup. Stir (it will become thick and frothy.)
Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from Microwave and slip a knife around the edge. Dump onto plate and enjoy! Use a little caramel or other topping if you like.
This cake is fabulous! Taste & texture is like a flavored sponge cake - Very moist!
